Tip Number 1: Pick Out A Reliable Property Specialist/ Agent
Having a property specialist that will help you out sincerely and customize his/her offers to your taste, isn't that all we want? He/she must know what he/she is offering confidently with enough passion and the right amount of conviction for you to really know what you want and need. A perfect choice of a property specialist is the one who will assess your situation first before suggesting a property, not pushing the unit that he/she wants to sell you.
Tip Number 2: Know Your Preferred Location
Nowadays, condominiums are everywhere; from provinces to the most advanced city in the Philippines. So as an investor, you should know your priority locations. Picking out at most 3 locations that should be near the following places:
your workplacehospitalstransportation hubs or major roadsyour family's most go-to places or places you think your family most likely to visit frequentlygrocery stores and your most go-to shopsAll these must be present otherwise, money invested will more likely to be put into waste. We prefer investing on condominiums because it is more accessible unlike house and lots so better prioritize this.

We all want big spaces to be able to fit our things and to provide separate rooms for our family members. But sometimes our preferred size of a unit and preferred location does not seem to fit in one offer. Why? It is because of our limited budget. So before looking for our dream homes, we should first do a strict budgeting for our monthly expenses. Deduct all important expenses to your monthly salaries, keep some for emergency purposes, then what's left would be your safe budget for your dream home. It is important to know such things so that everything goes smoothly. If you are still single, you should know how much space you need in the next 5 years. If you have a partner (girlfriend/boyfriend), you should consider a space enough for at least 3 people. If you have a family, you should consider an enough space for every family member. Do not settle for a small unit, invest on a bigger unit. It is better to share the monthly investments for a bigger one than shouldering all investments on your own and pick out the small one just because that is what you can afford. Family must learn to share not just the blessings, but also the responsibilities. Having a spacious balcony is also a good idea for a more harmonious stay in a condominium.
